WAREHOUSE & PARCELS
From the Sugargoo warehouse to your parcel
Follow your purchases from arrival and inspection to storage, packing and international dispatch. Items from different sellers may reach Sugargoo on different days.
Delivery to the warehouse
After the seller’s carrier marks a package as delivered, allow for the warehouse to record it in your account. Have the domestic tracking number and order details ready if you need to ask about its arrival.
Inspection and storage
Sugargoo’s rules use “Has been Stored” for the start of the normal storage period. An unidentified or incomplete forwarding parcel has a different timeline. Use the deadline attached to your goods rather than counting from the day you paid.
Choose the goods to ship
In My Packing Center, select the stored items you want to ship. For forwarding parcels, the Split and store order option separates forwarding contents into individual stored items. Resolve photo questions before choosing the goods for a parcel.
Prepare the parcel
Select the items you want to send together, then check the packed size and available routes. Compare the cost of combining or separating bulky items, and check that the chosen route accepts all the contents.
Follow the shipment
In My Parcel, open Logistics Details to follow the shipment. Updates can lag behind a handover. Keep the international parcel number separate from the seller’s domestic tracking number; account support can help with a missing update.
Combine now, or wait?
Everything is ready
Compare the total weight and packed size for the available routes. Bulky packaging can make a separate parcel worth considering.
One item is still on the way
Check the storage deadline for the items that have arrived. If you need longer, request an extension in advance and wait for confirmation before relying on it.
Something needs clarification
Wait for an answer about the item before including it in a parcel. Sorting out a size, damage or packing question is easier while the goods are still at the warehouse.
How packaging affects protection and shipping cost
Removing a bulky original box can reduce parcel volume. Decide whether you want to keep that box, and ask how the item will be protected without it. Choose packaging that suits the goods you are sending.
If you use an optional packing service, check what it includes and use the resulting weight and measurements to compare shipping routes. Add the packing service charge to your budget separately from freight.
