Which amount is the offer for?
A product purchase
Look for terms that apply to the item or purchase payment, including which products qualify and the minimum spend.
An international parcel
A shipping offer may only apply at the parcel-payment stage. The selected route and any minimum amount matter.
A selected service
An add-on offer may relate to a specific optional service. Adding a service only to use a coupon can increase your total spending.
Why an offer may not apply
- The stated end date or redemption window has passed.
- The eligible amount is below the minimum spending threshold.
- The selected route, item or service is outside the terms.
- The offer is limited to a particular account group or has already been used.
- The code was copied from an old post, rather than an offer available to your account.
Read the coupon conditions in your account and check the payment summary before paying. Each promotion has its own eligibility rules, including whether it can be combined with another offer.
Compare what you will actually pay
Keep the same products and shipping plan when comparing a discounted and undiscounted total. Buying another item to meet a threshold can add both its price and shipping weight. A smaller discount on an appropriate purchase can leave you spending less than a larger offer that changes the order.
