How do I order an item I found in a spreadsheet?
Open the product link, review the item in Sugargoo and select your options before submitting a purchase request. See the product-link guide for the steps.
What does W2C mean?
It means “where to cop”: usually a request for, or a link to, a product listing. Open the link to see the seller and available options.
Why does a product link stop working?
A seller may remove a listing or change its availability. Try a fresh search or browse another product category for similar styles.
Can a QC photo confirm authenticity?
No. Photos show visible details. Read the QC photo guide for what warehouse photos can show.
Where do I find my parcel updates?
In your Sugargoo account, open My Parcel, then Logistics Details. If the item is still in storage, check its order details while you arrange shipping.
Why is a coupon not available at payment?
The offer may apply to another payment stage, route or spending threshold, or it may have expired. The coupon guide explains those conditions.
Who can help with my order or a refund?
Contact Sugargoo support through your account with the order number and a short description of the issue.
