From a product find to a Sugargoo order
Found something in a Sugargoo spreadsheet? Open the product link, choose your options and find the ordering method that fits your purchase.
Choose how to order
A seller’s product link
Paste the seller’s product URL into the product-link field in your Sugargoo account. Check the seller, item and available options, then submit your purchase request.
A listing that does not load
Open Sugargoo’s DIY Order entry and sign in to see the purchase options. Have the original seller link ready, and ask account support about ordering if the listing still fails to load.
Goods you have already purchased
For goods you have already bought, use Forwarding to get the Packing Center address and register the seller’s domestic tracking number. The seller can then send your purchase to Sugargoo.
How to use seller and agent product links
Use the original seller link to view the marketplace listing. A Sugargoo product link opens the item in Sugargoo’s buying interface. To check whether two links refer to the same item, compare the seller and product identifier as well as the photos.
If an old agent link no longer opens, look for the original marketplace link in the spreadsheet entry. If you only have a photo, search for the item name or style to find a product listing you can open.
Check the size, colour and quantity
Sugargoo supports shopping from marketplaces including Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian. Open the individual listing and read any purchase notice before selecting your item.
Each colour or size option may have its own picture, availability and price. Check the quantity too: a photo showing several pieces could advertise a collection, while the selected option includes just one item.
If a link opens an unexpected product, return to the seller’s listing and check it against the spreadsheet caption. Sellers can update pages, so confirm the item shown before paying.
From placing an order to shipping overseas
After a purchase request is placed, the seller’s delivery to the warehouse is one stage. Warehouse inspection and arranging an international parcel come later. Product cost can include delivery within China; overseas shipping is a separate amount.
Send purchase questions through the relevant order in your account. Once the item reaches the warehouse, review its photos and stored-item details before choosing what to include in an international parcel.
