QC PHOTOS & INSPECTION
What Sugargoo QC photos can tell you
Sugargoo includes five QC photos. Use those warehouse views to see the item that arrived and resolve visible questions before arranging a parcel.
SELLER & WAREHOUSE PHOTOS
Compare the seller’s photos
with the item that arrived.
Match the photo to your own order and chosen variant. A picture from another shopper’s purchase may show a different batch, size or listing.
What to check in warehouse photos
Visible item and selected option
The model, broad style, label and visible colour can help reveal a mismatch. Lighting and camera settings can alter colour, so a photograph is not an exact colour measurement.
A clearly visible flaw
Point out any visible mark or damage in the order conversation. If the area is hidden, ask for a closer view from another angle.
Sealed packaging
Sugargoo’s standard inspection does not include opening sealed goods. A photograph of an unopened package cannot show what is inside.
Electronics or functional goods
Sugargoo’s standard inspection excludes authenticity and functional quality checks for electronics. Photos can show the casing and visible accessories; battery, software and other performance questions need separate testing.
When another photo would help
A closer view is useful when there is a precise, visible question: which label is attached, whether both shoes are present, or what a particular seam looks like. Describe the area and angle you need in the order conversation rather than asking for “better QC”.
For comfort, durability or electronic performance, look for reviews after use or an appropriate test. Ask which photo or inspection services are available for your item so you can request the kind of information you need.
Resolve the question before shipping
Raise an apparent mismatch while the item is still at the warehouse. International dispatch makes an unresolved question harder to deal with. Send the order identifier and a description of the concern through your Sugargoo account, then read the response before including the item in a parcel.
Ask about the available return or exchange options at this point. They depend on the seller’s terms, the item and how far the order has progressed.
